Abdul Baaghil

As the Founder and Managing Partner of Harvest Cotton Tale and former Chief Executive Officer of OB Hotels & Restaurants, Baaghil’s parameter of expertise includes holding Executive positions up to General Manager in some of the industry’s luxury hotels around the globe, he also gained integral experience from working with some of the industry’s most renowned chefs and hoteliers. Abdul began his career with the Hyatt Hotels and Resorts in San Francisco, upon succeeding he moved on to becoming the Opening Director of Restaurants at the Luxury Park Hyatt, Los Angeles, General Manager at Picasso room, Bellagio,Las Vegas, Director of Food & Beverage at St. Regis, New York and EAM (Executive Assistant Manager – F&B) at the Ritz-CarltonHotel Company. During his tenure, Baaghil was appointed a Senior Member of Food and Beverage Advisory Board for The Ritz –Carlton Hotel Company in Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific. Baaghil also moved onto becoming the Hotel Manager of the Ritz-Carlton Financial Street, Beijing and the General Manager Fairmont Nile City in Cairo. In his position as the Managing Director of The Crystal Group in Beirut, Baaghil gained a thorough understanding of the region with boutique hotel properties in Beirut and restaurants in Dubai. Abdul Baaghil is Les Roches alumnus class of 1991 and graduated from the European University in Montreux Switzerland.

Bruno Contreras

As the Founder and Managing Partner of Harvest Cotton Tale, Bruno began his career in the early Nineties in several Michelin Star Restaurants in France, Italy and Germany including Top three Michelin star holder;Auberge de l”Ill and AnticaOsteria del Ponte. His Career advanced consistently over the years while learning with some of the best European Chefs until he eventually became Executive Chef at Relaiset Chateaux and SLH affiliates in 2006. As Executive Chef at the Hotel Mas Passamanerfive stars, small luxury hotel of the world, Contreras was in charge of two Michelin star Chef. Joachim Koerper’s restaurant “La Gigantea”. With Chef Koerper, Bruno creates some culinary events in Portugal and Spain and was instrumental for the copywriting and photo-shooting of Chef Koerper’s recipe book. In Maldives, Bruno was the Executive Chef Consultant, Culinary and F&B with Harvest Cotton Tale in opening the most exclusive resort of the world “Velaa Private Island”
